School that no single form one reported for admission













“We were given 50 students during Form One selections in Garissa but none has showed up including the four who picked admission forms,” remarked Yarrow.
Yarrow pointed out that the school was ready to receive students who came as far as from Kilifi County and Kibra in Nairobi.
The population of the school for this year stands at 55 students despite having a total capacity of 180 students.

“The school opened on time but only 55 girls reported with only four teachers present to teach this first term,” remarked the principal.
Insecurity issues were cited by County Director of Education Abdihamid Maalim as the reason to the problem facing the school.
The concerned principal, highlighted that the school would be forced to take students who scored below 150 marks during last year’s KCPE examinations in order to avert the closure of the institution.
